Location is nearby pettah market

They lock their main entrance after evening. If you want to go outside. You have to call manager to open the door. Which i didn’t like.

Close to city centre, can use tuk tuk to move around. Also close to train station.

The breakfast was tasty but very slow.I found the price per night very expensive compared to other places in sri lanka bit maybe it‘s because it‘s Colombo

Staff was helpful. They even let us store bags here before departure in the day of check out. Location is in the middle of the city. Rooms were cleaned and well prepared. Breakfast was freshly prepared.

This is the most affordable hotel while you are looking for a decent one. The staff are very cooperative. The hotel is near the city center. The washroom was clean. Overall, it was good.

The beds can be more comfortable. Toothpaste and, brush should be provided.

It was very tuff to find the location and there is no any restaurant and staff was not at all cooperative and not known basic language to understand our requirements and took long time to check

Incredibly hospitable staff, they even reminded me of breakfast and offered to being it to my room when I was late. And of course they brought a big selection definitely for more than one person. I checked in late at night and the staff was super friendly and helpful still. The room was clean and very comfortable

Location seems to be on a road with a lot of big trucks so a bit hard to walk around but this is really not an issue

It was spacious and clean. We had a good breakfast. They have a free luggage storage.

There was some construction going on in the building or the neighbour, and it was really disturbing.

The checkin expeeience and bfast

The checkout experience and poor customer service in managing extended checkout experience. Instead i checked out and paid for a more comfortable and higher star rating hotel near the airport that was cheaper for my family. The hotel staff on duty was not able to help and that pulled down my entire experience

The location near Pettah market and generally near the city center. The breakfast was buffet (tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast, jam, butter, omelett, Indian bread (roti), vanilla yogurt, fried noodles, dahl), so all you can eat. The personell was friendly. The air condition worked well. We got two bottles of water, tea and coffee bags as well as a kettle in our room (new water bottles, tea and coffee bags upon request).

There were some points we did not like: the window of our room was directed towards a big road, therefore it was really loud. We had a desk, but no chair to sit. The toilet seat was old and disgusting. There was no room service, but with us only staying for two nights actually not necessary.

We needed a one-night stay somewhere close to the bus station - this is a perfect option. The room was quite clean, there’s a small fridge, tea and coffee, water and basic toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice too, the choice of foods in not too big, but the hotel itself is also small, so you can’t expect something like at a resort somewhere in Turkey. You get what you pay for and it’s a great value for money. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you want a 5-star service, just book a 5-star hotel.

We checked in on 15 th April 25 and check out on 16 April 25, during my stay only one Room Boy was there to attend the customer complaint. But he was helpless because he was alone. In our Room 206 small tubelight didn't work, for Mobile charging additional multi plug was not available etc. Manager we didn't see, otherwise it could have been better managed.

Single Boy was there in hotel to attend the customer complaint hence thay gye was helpless.Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner was not available during our stay.

Hotel staff were really nice, the hotel its close to railway and bus station and can walk to some attraction like the red mosque.

Be in mind that being close to pettah market the area it's very hectic, so if you wanna stay in a more calm area choose somewhere else.
